Refund and cancellation
These terms match the refund section of our Terms & Conditions. Request refunds in writing to [email protected].

How to cancel
Write to [email protected] with the enrolment reference and the reason for cancellation. The cooling-off period is 48 hours from enrolment, provided no classes have been attended.
If Coasted Code cancels or substantially changes a programme, unused sessions are refunded in full or transferred to an equivalent programme at no extra cost.

How do I request a refund?
Email [email protected] with your enrolment reference. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation. Bank or mobile money timing is outside our control.
Does this apply to summer school?
Yes, unless a published cohort states a different written cancellation window before you pay.
