Process

How remote enrolment works

  1. 01

    Enquire or enroll

A parent or guardian starts enrolment and chooses an age track and market.

  2. 02

    Placement

The child is placed on Explorers, Builders or Innovators according to age and experience.

  3. 03

    Live class

Scheduled instructor-led sessions, not a library of recorded videos.

  4. 04

    Portal work

Lessons, assignments and projects continue between classes in the student portal.

  5. 05

    Parent updates

Guardians receive approved progress information in the parent portal.

Live class, kits and instructors

Live class

Children join a scheduled video session with an instructor. This is not self-paced video. Attendance is recorded for the parent portal.

Kits

Robotics kits are optional. Ghana remote enrolments can select a starter kit. Software-only projects remain available without hardware.

Instructor and class size

Every remote class has a named instructor. Group size is confirmed when the cohort is published. Private instructor-to-child chat is not enabled.

Portal

Assignments and parent reports

Student portal

Lessons, resources and project files stay available between live sessions.

Assignments

Students submit work in the portal and receive instructor feedback on assigned tasks.

Parent reports

Guardians see approved progress, attendance and invoices. Confidential instructor notes stay internal.

Schedules

Time zones and weekly commitment

Remote education takes 6 months to complete, with two live sessions each week plus portal assignments. Exact days are set when a cohort is published. Ghana sessions use Africa/Accra. Nigeria sessions use Africa/Lagos. Learners in Cameroon, Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom join at the published time for their selected market.

Technology and low-bandwidth access

Tech requirements

  • A laptop or tablet with a current browser
  • A camera and microphone for live class
  • Headphones are recommended
  • A parent-managed account for the student portal

Low-bandwidth

If live video is unstable, assignments, notes and instructor feedback remain in the portal. Camera-off participation can be arranged with the instructor. We do not claim that live class works on every connection.
